Welcome to Norman Rockwell Elementary School, home of the Roadrunners! I'm excited to welcome new and returning students and families this year. I'm incredibly proud and honored to lead at Rockwell. I was born and raised in Nebraska and I've spent almost 15 years in education. The majority of my time was as a music teacher so you will probably hear me singing throughout the halls of Rockwell. My husband and I are raising twin girls and can't wait to be a part of the Rockwell community.
Our goal at Rockwell is to PARTNER WITH PARENTS to help all students experience success and for students to love coming to school each day. Rockwell staff engage at high levels to support student achievement and growth.
Every day, our teachers work to make their classrooms a fun and welcoming place for students to learn. Our support staff is second to none, keeping our building clean and safe. They support both teachers and students in the classroom, on the playground, and in the lunchroom! Our PTO works tirelessly to plan a variety of events for families like, Rock N Run, Holiday Shop, and the infamous Spring Carnival.
This year our school wide theme is Better Together. Rockwell is an amazing place because of our students, families, community, and staff!
